Design



We created a simple tutorial by adding an info pointer containing all the relevant information, while dimming the rest of the screen to make the tips easier to read and focus on. We also included a price comparison chart that can be expanded to show all the different features included with each option, so we can be transparent with the user about what they will receive. Throughout the design, we adhered to the brand guidelines by using the provided colors, button styles, fonts, and other UI elements.
Research
My main research was looking at onboarding process for similar services I looked into Figma and a few others and looked at the methods they used to onboard users effectivley this is where we came up with the idea of putting the tutorial and tips in the onboarding and before sign up to help the user to understand what they were signing up for and if it is for them.
I also looked into the psychology of UX design and how earn the trust of a user to covert that into a subscription I looked into the best way to do this ethically and also looked into dark patterns that companies use to trick or manipulate the user so we can stay away from accidently falling into these.
What Caused this is a RCA tool that helps solve problems by braking them down we needed to create an onboarding process for smaller companies to save burden on the sales team and generate passive revenue

In the current onboarding process not being able to sign up without talking to a real person is probably a big obstacle for a lot of people and a lot of people may give up there especially if they need the software for something fast. also from just the website it diddn't effectively communicate all the the softwares features so somewhat downplaying how useful it is.

We also chose to redesign the website to make it fit better to the new onboarding process also adding pricing charts to the website so a new customer can clearly see the prices and what they get for the different subscription levels.
